Further to the Company's Immediate Report dated May 22, 2022, regarding an agreement signed between the subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. ("yes") and a corporation from the Walt Disney Group, for the distribution of the Disney+ streaming service in Israel, the Company hereby reports that following talks with the Israel Anti-Trust Authority, yes has withdrawn its request for the Authority's approval of the exclusivity provisions included in the agreement, following which Disney and yes have cancelled these provisions.
