Bezeq's follows a calendar year, with quarters ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

| May 1991 | Domestic public offering (TASE) - State's holding reduced by 15%. |
| July 1997 | State sells 12.4% of shares to Merrill Lynch for resale to institutional investors |
| February 1998 | Domestic public offering (TASE) - State's holding reduced by 9%. |
| July/ November 2003 | Two block trades - State's holding reduced to 49.1%. |
| May 2004 | Domestic public offering (TASE) - State's holding reduced to 46.4%. |
| October 2005 | The State of Israel sold its controlling stake in Bezeq to the Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium. The State sold 30% of its shares and granted options to purchase an additional 10.6%. |
| September 2008 | Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium purchases additional 10.6% of Bezeq pursuant to option granted from the State. |
| August - September 2009 | Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium sells approximately 10% of its shares to institutional investors. Holding reduced to 30.6%. |
| April 2010 | Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium sells its controlling stake (30.4% after dilution) in Bezeq to B Communications Ltd. |
| December 2019 | A consortium consisting of Searchlight Capital Partners and the Fuhrer Family Office purchase the controlling stake in B Communications. |
| During 2025 | Searchlight Capital Group and the Fuhrer Family Office sell their entire stake in three block trades to international and Israeli investors. |
Bezeq does not file a Form 20-F since it is not registered with the SEC. However, the Company files a detailed annual report to the Israeli SEC and can be viewed through the Financials page of this web site.
