Targets
We have set ambitious goals to reduce our carbon footprint and promote employment equality to make Bezeq the leading company in Israel in the field. We aim to:
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050
- Achieve full gender equality across management tiers, and at least 40% women at the Board of Directors by 2030
- Increase employee diversity to 20% by 2030
