Further to the Company's immediate reports dated July 9, 2024, March 19, 2025, and April 23, 2025, regarding the agreement signed between the Company's subsidiary, yes Television and Communication Services Ltd. ("yes"), and Partner Communications Ltd. ("Partner" and the "Agreement"), a supplementary immediate report is hereby provided.
On May 8, 2025, the Company received a notice from yes, stating that following further discussions held with the Israel Anti-Trust Authority, the parties signed an additional amendment to the Agreement on May 8, 2025. This amendment includes, among other things, revised provisions concerning joint content acquisition through yes and the licensing terms for the use of the dedicated application.
