Notice of Work Stoppages at Pelephone and Bezeq International
Further to the Company’s immediate reports of June 24, 2021 and July 1, 2021 regarding declaration of a labor dispute at subsidiaries Pelephone Communications Ltd and Bezeq International Ltd (“the Subsidiaries”), a supplementary immediate report is hereby provided.
On August 2, 2021, the employees’ representatives at the Subsidiaries started taking various organizational sanctions that, according to their notice, are directly connected to synergies between the Subsidiaries (including with DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd).
The Subsidiaries are reviewing the scope and significance of the sanctions and further handling of the matter.
