Supplementary Immediate Report – Withdrawal of petition to approve a claim as a class action lawsuit against yes

January 20, 2022

Further to the Company’s Immediate Report dated October 27 2021 regarding the petition to approve a claim as a class action lawsuit filed against the subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. (hereinafter - “yes”) to the Jerusalem District Court (hereinafter – the “Petition”), claiming that yes is acting unlawfully by providing a customer who orders from it a new and more advanced set-top box without removing the old set-top box, and continues to charge the customer monthly fees for the old set-top boxes, which are still at his/her home, the Company hereby issues the following supplementary report.

On January 19 2022 yes received a notice to the effect that the court approved an agreed motion to withdraw the petition, as submitted by both parties. The parties indicate in the said motion that the petitioner has been convinced that yes’ dealings with him reflect a specific error rather than company policy; therefore, the court ordered the striking out of the Petition.
Yours sincerely,
