Further to the Company’s Immediate Report, dated November 2, 2020, relating to the motion for disclosure and review of documents prior to the filing of a derivative action, which was filed against the Company and the subsidiary Bezeq International Ltd., seeking to issue an order for disclosure and review of various documents with respect to the collection of charges from customers of Bezeq International Ltd., a Supplementary Immediate Report is hereby submitted, that on December 30, 2021, the Company received the decision of the District Court of Tel Aviv dated December 29, 2021, according to which the action was dismissed in view of the Applicant’s notice of Withdrawal of Action.
