Supplementary Immediate Report – Class action lawsuit brought against Pelephone – verdict confirming the settlement agreement
Further to the Company's immediate report dated April 30, 2018 and to the description in section 3.16.1(h) of the chapter "Description of Corporate Affairs" of the Company's 2021 annual report regarding confirmation of class action lawsuit brought against the subsidiary, Pelephone Communications Ltd. (hereinafter: "Pelephone") at the Tel Aviv District Court, concerning repair service by commitment, we hereby provide an additional immediate report whereby, on July 21, 2022, a verdict was given confirming the settlement agreement primarily concerning certain changes to the repair service by commitment and providing benefits to the relevant customers thereof, amounting in total to NIS 640 thousand (exclusive of VAT).
