Supplementary Immediate Report – Approval of Withdrawal of Motion for Disclosure and Inspection of Documents
Further to the Company’s immediate report dated November 10, 2020, and the description set forth in Section 2.18.1(i) of the Description of Company Operations Chapter in the Company's Periodic Report for 2021 regarding a motion for disclosure and inspection of documents prior to the filing of a derivative action, which was filed against the Company and the subsidiary Bezeq International Ltd. (hereinafter: “Bezeq International”), seeking to issue an order for disclosure and inspection of documents concerning asset balances in Bezeq International's books, a supplementary immediate report is hereby issued that on March 25, 2022, the Court approved an agreed motion for the Applicants to withdraw from the motion for disclosure and inspection of documents by way of its dismissal.
