Supplementary Immediate Report - Amendment to the Agreement Between DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd (“yes”) and Spacecom Communications Ltd. (“Spacecom”)
Further to the Company’s immediate report of July 11, 2021 regarding an amendment to the agreement between yes and Spacecom (“Amendment to the Agreement”), whose entry into effect is conditional upon receipt of notice from Spacecom of fulfillment of the conditions precedent set out in the agreement signed between Spacecom and the owner of the rights of the Amos 7 satellite, a supplementary immediate report is hereby provided.
On July 27, 2021, yes received Spacecom’s notice of fulfillment of the conditions precedent and accordingly, entry into effect of the Amendment to the Agreement, inter alia, extending the period in which yes will lease space segments in two satellites, so that in the event of non-availability of one of the satellites, yes will have backup available in the other satellite.
