Holon, Israel – January 22, 2025 – Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunications Corp., Limited (TASE: BEZQ), Israel’s leading telecommunications provider, announced today that Bezeq’s board of directors approved the appointment of Yohai Benita as CFO of Bezeq Group.

For the past three years, Yohai has served as CFO of Pelephone and yes and is responsible for the financial management in these companies. In this period, Yohai has been a partner in business and strategic processes and has contributed to improving operational efficiency in the subsidiaries. In his previous positions, he served as Deputy CEO and CFO at Channel 13, CFO at Alon Blue Square, and held senior management positions in Zim Integrated Shipping Services.

Yohai will take up his position April, replacing Tobi Fischbein, who served in the position for the past four years and announced his intention to step down one month ago.

Yohai Benita, age 44, is a CPA with an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa.
