Immediate Supplementary Report – Agreement for the sale of Walla
Further to the immediate report of the Company dated September 15, 2020 regarding the agreement for the sale of all its holdings in the subsidiary Walla! Communications Ltd. subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals according to law and other conditions included in the sale agreement, a supplementary immediate report is hereby provided that on December 20, 2020, the relevant Ministerial approvals were given for the sale in accordance with the Communications Order (Bezeq and Broadcasting) (Determination of Essential Services Provided by Bezeq – The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd.) 5777-1997. Such approvals were provided after approval of the sale by the Anti-Trust Commissioner was obtained earlier on October 21, 2020 and thus the receipt of the regulatory approvals for the sale was completed.
