Class Action Against Pelephone - Filing of Appeal Against Ruling of April 5, 2020
Tel Aviv, Israel – June 29, 2020– Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announces that further to the Company's Immediate Report dated April 6, 2020 and the description in section 3.16.1(H) of Chapter A (Description of the Company's Business) in the Company’s 2019 Periodic Report (and the update to that section in the Company's quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2020), concerning the ruling given by the Central - Lod District Court that dismissed the application to approve a class action filed against the subsidiary Pelephone Communications Ltd (“Pelephone”) and an additional cellular company on the claim that they do not allow their subscribers to use the full “International Package” that they purchased in advance, an Immediate Report is hereby provided that on June 29, 2020 the Company received notice from Pelephone that an appeal had been filed against the ruling by the applicants for the application to approve the class action.
