Change in Marketing of the “Reverse Bundle”

Tel Aviv, Israel – June 18, 2020 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announces that further to the Company's Immediate Report dated March 26, 2020 and the description in Section 1.7.2.2 of the update to the Chapter on the Description of the Company's Business in the Company’s quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2020 concerning the interim decision of the Ministry of Communications regarding a change in the formula for marketing the “Reverse Bundle” whereby the breakup of the “Reverse Bundle” after a year was temporarily cancelled, an Immediate Report is hereby provided.

On June 18, 2020 the Company received the decision of the Director General of the Ministry of Communications, in which the changes that had been implemented on a temporary basis would be permanently valid.

In the Company’s opinion, the cancellation of the need for splitting the “Reverse Bundle” in and of itself is expected to impact positively on the Company’s Internet operations, to a degree that cannot be assessed at this stage. It is clarified that the results of the activities of the Company are also expected to be impacted, apart from by this decision, by the steps taken by its competitors and the behavior of its customers.
