Immediate Report - Pelephone Communications Ltd. ("Pelephone") Wins the Accountant General's Tender for the Provision of Cellular Services to Government Ministries, Subordinate Units, and Affiliated Entities

Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunications Corp. Ltd. (BEZQ.TA) hereby reports that on June 5, 2025, it received notice from its subsidiary, Pelephone, that it has been selected as the first-ranked candidate to serve as a primary supplier (to provide 60% of the services and equipment, replacing its previous role as the exclusive supplier under the expired tender) in Central Tender No. 01-2024. The tender was issued by the Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance for the supply of cellular communication services and telecommunications equipment to government ministries, subordinate units, and affiliated entities, according to a defined scope of services (Package 1) (the "Tender").

Pelephone, which has been providing cellular services to the State and its employees for several years following its success in previous tenders, participated in this tender as well and was ranked, as described, as the first-ranked candidate to supply 60% of the services and equipment. Accordingly, Pelephone will continue to serve as the primary provider of cellular services and telecommunications equipment under the Tender to employees of government ministries, subordinate units, and affiliated entities.

According to the terms of the Tender, Pelephone will provide the aforementioned cellular services to an estimated 60,000 subscribers, plus several tens of thousands of data-only subscribers, over a 42-month period (with the State having the option to extend the term up to a total of 72 months, beyond the initial 42-month period). As part of the Tender, Pelephone will offer customer equipment to tens of thousands of subscribers, under a leasing mechanism.

Pelephone’s renewed success in the Tender is expected to ensure significant revenue in the amount of hundreds of millions of shekels throughout the term of the agreement.
