Immediate Report – MOC decision regarding financial penalty
Holon, Israel – December 31, 2025 – Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunications Corp. Ltd. (the "Company") (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that following the Company’s immediate report dated August 4, 2025 regarding the Ministry of Communications' notice of its intention to impose a financial penalty of approximately NIS 10 million for a violation related to the deployment of advanced infrastructure by the Company in incentivized areas, an additional immediate report is hereby given that on December 31, 2025, the Company received a decision from the Director General of the Ministry of Communications to impose a reduced penalty of approximately NIS 8 million, after some of the Company’s claims were accepted.
