Holon, Israel – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), provides an immediate report further to the Company’s immediate report dated May 25, 2020 and what is stated in section 2.8.1(N) of the chapter containing a description of the Company's business operations in the Company’s 2020 periodic report, regarding a petition to approve a class action against the Company. In the petition, it was claimed there had been misrepresentation on the part of the Company about its B144 service.
On May 9, 2021 the Company received the Court’s ruling, in which the petitioner’s petition was dismissed to amend the petition for the approval of the claim as a class action by changing the claimant presenting the claim (mainly after the petitioner was deemed unsuitable to act as the claimant in the proceedings), with the proceedings thereby being terminated.
