Tel Aviv, Israel – December 9, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) provides an update today further to its previous reports from November 28, 2013, May 6, 2015 and July 29, 2015, and sections 3.16.1(D), 4.12.1(B) and 5.17.1(C) of the Chapter on the Description of the Company's Business in the Company's 2018 Periodic Report regarding several motions for approval of class actions filed against Pelephone, Bezeq International and D.B.S satellite services (1998) ("yes") ("The Subsidiaries"), claiming, allegedly, for discrimination of customers by The Subsidiaries – the Company hereby reports that the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court dismissed all the motions for approval of class actions.
