Dismissal of Motion for Class Action Lawsuit against Pelephone
Tel Aviv, Israel – April 6, 2020 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) (the "Company") announced today that further to the Company's Immediate Report of October 10, 2016 and to Section 3.16.1 (h) of the Chapter on the Description of the Company’s Business in the 2019 Periodic Report, regarding a motion filed for a class action lawsuit against the subsidiary Pelephone Communications Ltd. and another cellular operator claiming that they do not allow their subscribers to take full advantage of "prepaid overseas packages", a report is hereby provided that the Central District Court in Lod decided today to dismiss the motion.
The above information constitutes a translation of the Immediate Report published by the Company.
