Immediate report – Completion of the Sale of the Subsidiary Bezeq Online Ltd.
Further to the Company’s immediate report dated November 10, 2024, regarding the agreement entered into between the Company and One Software Technologies Ltd. (the “Purchaser”) for the sale of all the Company’s holdings in its subsidiary, Bezeq Online Ltd. (the “Subsidiary”), an immediate report is hereby provided that on April 17, 2025, the transaction was completed, after all the conditions precedent in the agreement were fulfilled.
In accordance with the agreement, ownership of the Subsidiary was transferred to the Purchaser and the financial consideration stipulated in the agreement was received.
