Cessation of work sanctions at Pelephone
Tel Aviv, Israel – September 25, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that further to the Company's report of September 22, 2019, according to which the labor union of the subsidiary, Pelephone Communications Ltd. ("Pelephone"), began to impose a variety of sanctions that lead to work stoppages in some activities at Pelephone ("the sanctions"), an immediate report is hereby provided.
In light of the recent understandings between the parties regarding efficiency related principles which were reached through the mediation of the Chairman of the General Organization of Workers in Israel, Pelephone's labor union announced the cessation of the sanctions. These principles will serve as the basis for formulating and signing a collective agreement with Pelephone.
The above information constitutes a translation of the Immediate Report published by the Company.
