Immediate report – Appointment of CEO to the Subsidiary Bezeq International Ltd. (hereinafter: "Bezeq International")
The Company hereby reports that on November 15, 2022, the Company's board of directors (after the approval of Bezeq International's board of directors) approved the appointment of Mr. Ron Gelb as CEO of Bezeq International as of January 1, 2023, in accordance with the strategy formulated to transform Bezeq International into a company focused on integration, communication and IT solutions for the business sector.
Pursuant to the decision of the board of directors, as of such date, Mr. Ilan Sigal will continue to serve as CEO of Pelephone Communications Ltd. and DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd.
