Tel Aviv, Israel – November 24, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that, further to the Company's immediate report of September 2, 2019 regarding the State Prosecutor's notice of indictment subject to a hearing process, a supplementary report is hereby provided that on November 21, 2019 the Prosecutor's office announced that the State Attorney General decided, based on the recommendation of the Prosecutor's office, to indict the Company's former controlling shareholder, Mr. Shaul Elovitch, in case "4000", for various offenses, among others, for crimes of bribery and reporting offenses in the Company's reports.
The above information constitutes a translation of the Immediate Report published by the Company.
