The Company announces that it was informed today by  the subsidiaries Pelephone Communications Ltd (“Pelephone”) and Bezeq International Ltd (“Bezeq International”) (“the Subsidiaries”), that they had received notices from the  Histadrut (New General Federation of Workers)  - Union of Cellular, Internet and Hi-Tech Union of the declaration of a labor dispute at Pelephone and Bezeq International in accordance with the Settlement of Labor Disputes Law, 1957 and of a strike commencing from July 7, 2021 (“the Notice”).

The matters in dispute, according to what is stated in the Notice, are inter alia: refusal of the joint management of Pelephone, Bezeq International and D.B.S. Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. (yes) (“the Joint Management”) to hold negotiations concerning a change of the negotiating unit as part of the change in the corporate structure; refusal of the Joint Management to enter into negotiations to regulate the rights of Pelephone employees and their job security on account of the said structural change; the Joint Management not acting in good faith including taking into account foreign and unacceptable considerations in the plan for change to the corporate structure in order to harm the right to unionize and the bargaining power of the employees and their representative bodies.

Neither the Company nor the Subsidiaries can at this point assess the implications arising from the Notice.
