Bezeq Postpones Reporting Date for Q2 2019 Results

Tel Aviv, Israel – August 23, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Limited (TASE: BEZQ), Israel’s leading telecommunications provider announced today that, in view of the report regarding the letter from the Israel Securities Authority concerning the accounting treatment of the tax asset and the discussions required in the Company as a result, the release of the financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2019 will be postponed to Thursday, August 29, 2019.

Bezeq will conduct a conference call hosted by Mr. Shlomo Rodav, Bezeq's Chairman, Mr. Dudu Mizrahi, Bezeq's CEO, Mr. Ran Guron, CEO of Pelephone, Bezeq International and yes, and Mr. Yali Rothenberg, Bezeq's Chief Financial Officer, on Thursday, August 29, 2019, at 3:00 PM Israel Time/ 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
