Further to the Company's immediate report dated February 27, 2025 (the “Earlier Report”) and section 5.10.3 of the Description of Company Operations in the Company’s Periodic Report for 2024, an update immediate report is hereby issued, stating that on April 6, 2025, the Company received a notice from the subsidiary yes Television and Communication Services Ltd. (“yes”) stating that on that date, yes had signed an extension to the collective agreement with the Israel National Labor Federation and the employees committee of yes, until December 31, 2025, as well as an extension to the other agreements between the parties, all as set out in the Earlier Report.
