Further to the immediate reports of the Company dated February 18, 2018 and February 20, 2018 regarding the investigation of the Securities Authority and the Israel Police and the remand of some officers of the Company, an immediate supplementary report is hereby provided that on February 21, 2018 the remand has been extended of Ms. Stella Handler, CEO of the Company, and Mr. Amikam Shorer, the Group’s Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, until February 26, 2018.
