Tel Aviv, Israel – May 1, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that further to Section 2.18(d) of the Description of the Corporation's Business in the Company's Periodic Report for 2018 regarding a motion to certify a class action against the Company in which it was claimed that the Company deliberately restricted the broadband speeds for Internet providers and refrained from correcting faults in the matter, an immediate report is hereby provided that on April 30, 2019, the court approved the withdrawal of the motion after the plaintiffs reviewed the documents submitted by the Company as well as the Company's response to the motion and reached the conclusion that there was evidentiary difficulties in conducting the proceeding against the Company.
