Tel Aviv, Israel – December 13, 2018 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that following the report dated August 23, 2018 regarding the filing of an application to change the legal structure of the Bezeq Group, on December 13, 2018 the Company received an update from the Ministry of Communications. According to the Ministry’s update, the Ministry’s professional staff discussed the request and decided that it will conduct a future hearing and ask for public comments on the matter.
