Dismissal of motion to approve class action against Pelephone

Tel Aviv, Israel – May 29, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that further to section 3.16.1.E of the Description of the Corporation's Business in the Company's Periodic Report for 2018, regarding a motion to approve a class action against its subsidiary, Pelephone Communications Ltd. (“Pelephone”), as filed in the Tel Aviv District Court concerning an alleged harassment (repeated telephone calls aimed at recruiting customers) that Pelephone participated in, the Company hereby reports that on May 28, 2019, it received notice from Pelephone that the Court dismissed the motion.
