Supplementary Immediate Report – Class Action against Pelephone – Ruling Issued Dismissing the Appeal dated June 29, 2020
Further to the Company’s Immediate Report dated June 29, 2020, and the description in Section 3.16.1(e) of the Description of Company Operations chapter in the Company’s periodic report for 2021, regarding a ruling given by the Central-Lod District Court dismissing the class action certification motion, filed against the subsidiary Pelephone Communications Ltd (hereinafter: “Pelephone”) and an additional cellular company on the claim that they do not allow their subscribers to use the full “International Packages” purchased in advance, and regarding the filing of an appeal against the ruling by the applicants for the motion to approve the class action lawsuit, an Immediate Report is hereby provided that on April 26, 2022, a ruling was issued dismissing the applicants’ appeal.
