Class Action Ruling

Tel Aviv, Israel – June 28, 2020 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announces that further to the Company’s Immediate Report dated September 22, 2019 concerning an application for approval of a class action against the Company and against another service provider on the grounds that certain population groups were entitled to reductions on payments for vital services that the defendants provide them - on June 25, 2020 the Company received the court ruling (dated that same day) that the claim had been cancelled due to non-payment of the fee.
