Notice of strike at yes

Tel Aviv, Israel – July 4, 2018 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced that further to the immediate report of the Company dated June 18, 2018 regarding receipt of notice of a declaration of a labor dispute in the subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. ("yes"), and a strike as of July 1, 2018 ("the Notice"), the Company hereby reports that it has received notice from yes according to which sanctions were opened today by yes' labor union. At this stage, yes broadcasts are operating as usual, however, service centers and technician services for yes customers may be negatively affected. At the same time, yes is seeking to enter into discussions with the labor union.
