Immediate Supplementary Report
Certification of a Class Action Suit against the Subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd.
Further to the reports of the Company dated June 11, 2014 and June 22, 2014 and the description in section 5.17 (A) of Chapter A (Description of the Corporation's Business) of the Company's Periodic Report for 2017 regarding proceedings for the certification of two consolidated class actions against the subsidiary DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. ("yes"), for an estimated amount of NIS 125 million, it is hereby announced that on July 31, 2018, the Company received notice from yes whereby on that day, the Court had certified the case as a class action. The ruling stipulated that there is prima facie cause for the representatives of the homes in the buildings in which the representatives had signed any form that does not contain explicit consent to cover the monthly cost of public electricity consumption of transmission equipment.
DBS is studying the ruling and it will respond to it in accordance with the dates set out in the law.
