Supplementary Immediate Report – Dismissal of Class Action Certification Motion against the Company
Further to the Company’s Immediate Report dated June 27, 2021, and the description in Section 2.18.1(m) of the Description of Company Operations chapter in the Company’s periodic report for 2021 regarding a lawsuit and a motion to approve it as a class action lawsuit (hereinafter: the “Certification Motion”), which was filed against the Company, alleging misrepresentation of the Company in respect of the B144 service, it hereby provides a supplementary immediate report, that on March 23, 2022, a Court ruling was issued dismissing the Certification Motion and prescribing that the Applicants did not succeed in laying even the minimum evidentiary or factual basis required to establish cause of action in this case.
