Postponement of Shareholder Meeting

Tel Aviv, Israel – May 2, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that further to the discussions held with investors and entities advising public shareholders of the Company, it was decided to postpone the date of the shareholder meeting in order to reach an understanding with them. The meeting is postponed to Thursday, May 23, 2019, at 11:00 am, at the Company's offices in Tel Aviv, 2 Azrieli Center (Triangular Building), 27th floor. In the event of any changes, the Company shall publish an updated meeting notice and voting slip.
