BEZEQ IS MARKETING A MEDIA STREAMER FOR TRANSMISSION OF CONTENT FROM THE COMPUTER DIRECTLY TO THE TV

• The streamer allows you to take advantage of the ultra-fast download speed on the NGN and the immense volume of video content in your computer and view the content on your TV
• The media streamer will cost NIS 684, which is NIS 1,300 less than the market price

Bezeq is continuing the internet revolution and is offering new customers who subscribe to high speeds of 4 Mb to 30 Mb a Nowcom media streamer for only NIS 684, payable in 36 installments (NIS 19 a month). Today’s market price for a similar media streamer is NIS 2,000. This is a significant saving of NIS 1,300 for Bezeq customers who sign up during the special offer. The special offer is valid until the end of the year, or until it is out of stock.

The media streamer is an innovative wireless multimedia device, which allows viewing of all computer content – videos, photos and music – directly on the TV screen. The media streamer marketed by Bezeq has a full Hebrew interface, support of HD video files, an internal 80 GB disk for storage of thousands of photos, videos and music, a USB connection for direct playing from an external disk, direct internet access to receive photos, television and radio (including internet TV channels), and also supports Hebrew subtitles.

Bezeq has recently started to market ultra high speeds on its new generation network – the NGN. The new speeds of up to 30 Mb, and in the future, even much higher, allow customers to download internet content at an extremely high speed. We store an enormous amount of data on our computers, mainly video content, however transfer to other screens at home is cumbersome. The media streamer actually allows customers to take advantage of the highly improved capacity in downloading content, by transparent wireless download to the TV. This is another step by Bezeq, as part of the launch of NGN, to provide a solution for the computerized content requirements of its customers.

We will now be able to view all our computer content on television, with higher convenience and quality.   In fact, the media streamer puts an end to the cumbersome task of connecting wires from the computer to the TV.” According to Ran Guron: “This step is an additional step in a series of campaigns in the past year, which aim to reinforce the rationale to subscribe to Bezeq’s wireless network”.

Bezeq is launching a new campaign under the title “Same thing, different way.” The campaign, through the advertising company Adler-Chomsky, will include television, newspaper and internet advertising over two weeks.
