Further to the Company's immediate reporting regarding a Supreme Court hearing on February 16, 2021 in connection with the cancellation of the structural separation, a supplementary report is hereby submitted that on February 23, 2021 the Company notified the court that it decided to accept the court's recommendation and withdraw its petition.
