Re: Immediate Supplementary Report – Hearing of the Company's petition to the Supreme Court regarding cancellation of the structural separation
Further to the Company's previous immediate reports and a description in section 1.7.2.1 of the chapter describing the corporation's business in the Company's periodic report for 2019 as well as an update to that section in the Company's quarterly report for the period ended September 30, 2020, regarding the Company's petition to the Supreme Court against the Ministry of Communications, an additional immediate report is hereby provided.
On February 16, 2021, a hearing was held on the petition, at the end of which the court stated that it believes the petition will be rejected and therefore recommended the Company withdraw its petition. The Company will notify the court of its position within 7 days.
