(TASE: BEZQ), announced today that on April 7, 2009, the Company received notice from Internet Gold - Golden Lines Ltd. and B Communications Ltd., the indirect controlling shareholders in the Company, that they received the attached offer for the purchase of Internet Gold – Golden Lines.
