Immediate Report – Approval of Settlement in Motion for Certification of Class Action
An immediate report is hereby provided that on April 4, 2021 the court approved a settlement in the motion for the certification of a class action filed in 2017 concerning claims for unlawful charges for the B144 service (for further details see the Company's supplementary immediate report dated May 7, 2017 as well as section 2.18.1(f) in the chapter describing the corporation's business in the Company's periodic report for 2020).
The settlement amount of NIS 2 million is immaterial to the Company and includes partial compensation to members of the plaintiff group for collection of fees for the cancellation of the service.
