Re: Immediate Report: Application to certify a class action against Bezeq International

An Immediate Report is hereby issued that on October 29, 2020 the Company was notified by its subsidiary Bezeq International Ltd. ("Bezeq International") that it had received at its offices on that date an application to certify a claim as a class action, filed against it in the Central District Court ("Application").

The Application charged, inter alia, that Bezeq International bills its customers for services that it does not provide them with, allegedly in the knowledge that the customer has switched to another ISP and has severed its connection with Bezeq International.

According to the application, the applicant's personal claim was estimated to total NIS 393.4 at the very least; a figure for the damage to the Group cannot be estimated at this stage; however, it was assessed by the applicant to be in the realm of tens of millions of shekels at the very least, for all the members of the Group.

Bezeq International is studying the application and it and/or the Company are unable to assess its prospects at this stage.
