New Senior Appointments at Bezeq

Tobi Fischbein Appointed Bezeq Group CFO

Moran Kita-Ashrovitch Appointed VP Human Resources

Tel Aviv, Israel – February 14, 2021 – Bezeq – The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that the board of directors approved the appointment of two new senior management officers. Tobi Fischbein was named Bezeq Group Chief Financial Officer, replacing Yali Rothenberg, CPA, who was recently appointed as the Accountant General of the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Fischbein previously served as VP Finance at both MAX (formerly Leumi Card) and Tadiran Holdings Ltd., and also was Head of the Finance and Capital Markets Department at Bezeq about a decade ago. He will take up his new position on April 15, 2021.

Bezeq also announced the appointment of Moran Kita-Ashrovitch as VP Human Resources, in place of Ehud Mezouman, who recently gave notice of his resignation after 40 years with the Company, serving the last 13 years as VP Human Resources. In recent years, Ms. Kita has been Head of the Human Resources and Labor Relations Department in the Company's Human Resources Division, previously holding a range of positions at the division. She will take up her new position today.
