Tel Aviv, Israel – October 11, 2018 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), today announced that further to the Company's supplementary immediate report of May 14, 2017 regarding the filing of an appeal against the decision of the Tel Aviv District Court to dismiss a motion to approve a class action in the matter of support and/or warranty services as part of the use of the Internet infrastructure, in view of the existence of a prior similar motion, a supplementary report is hereby provided that on October 10, 2018 the appeal was dismissed following the withdrawal by the Appellant from the appeal.
