Immediate Supplementary Report

Dismissal of a request to approve a class action in the United States 

Tel Aviv, Israel – March 31, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced that further to the immediate report of the Company dated December 13, 2017 and the description in Section 2.18.1(j) of the Description of the Business of the Corporation in the Periodic Report for 2018 regarding a class action filed in the United States against B Communications Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company, and its officers, to which was joined the subsidiary of the Company, DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. ("DBS"), and officers (current and past) in DBS and in the Company, as well as requests submitted by the defendants for the dismissal of the request and the claim, a supplementary report is hereby submitted that on March 28, 2019, the Company was notified of the decision of the US court on that date that it accepted the requests of DBS and of the officers (current and previous) in DBS and in the Company, and dismissed the claim due to lack of jurisdiction against them.
