Bezeq Postpones Reporting Date for Q1 2019 Results

Tel Aviv, Israel – May 22, 2019 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Limited (TASE: BEZQ), Israel’s leading telecommunications provider announced today that in view of the continued discussions with the Securities Authority regarding the Company's prospectus, the release of the financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2019 will be postponed to Thursday, May 30, 2019.

Bezeq will conduct a conference call hosted by Mr. Shlomo Rodav, Bezeq's Chairman and Mr. Yali Rothenberg, Bezeq's Chief Financial Officer, on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 4:00 PM Israel Time/ 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Participants are invited to join the live conference call by dialing:
